Return Process

Verification Once your return request is received, our team will verify the product’s condition through images or a video shared by you or via an inspection upon receipt.
Approval & Shipping If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes our verification process.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as a store credit within 3 days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, provided the requested variant is available.
